Industry Update: CMS Releases Updated Timeline for DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Round 2028 The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has officially updated the registration and bid window dates for Round 2028 of the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program (CBP). Key Dates to Note: ➔ Registration Window Opens: December 1, 2026 ➔ Bid Window Opens: January 5, 2027 This timeline adjustment gives suppliers extra preparation time ahead of the bidding window.
